We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery costs and options are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, and you will receive an email when your order is on its way. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are hair care items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
If you change your mind, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The cost of returning the item is for the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.
